Project:

Re-clad and refurbishment of two level car park with
four storeys consisting of 40 (1 bedroom) apartments 
in the complex centrally located in Newmarket.

Cost: $6 million

Project Scope
  • This complex was one main building with deep, multiple weathertightness and pre-existing building defects.
  •  A re-clad / refurbishment was undertaken.
  •  A combination of New Wall and VentClad Ventilated Cavity Systems were applied to the exterior.
  •  Decks were refurbished with Eco-Decking. 
Project Delivery

The scope of work was very complex and required the building to be vacated during the construction period.

The success of this project was largely due to the team involved.
