Project Scope |
- This complex was one main building with deep, multiple weathertightness and pre-existing building defects.
- A re-clad / refurbishment was undertaken.
- A combination of New Wall and VentClad Ventilated Cavity Systems were applied to the exterior.
- Decks were refurbished with Eco-Decking.

The scope of work was very complex and required the building to be vacated during the construction period.
