| Project Objectives |

To maximise the use of the entire ground floor area of the existing head office building at Botha Road, Penrose. The existing ground floor vehicle parking area was relocated, creating a substantial increase to the existing office floor plate of the building and providing a courier vehicle depot.
To investigate and provide a cost effective solution to the requirement of substantial additional general office space.
To create a ground floor elevation to exactly match the existing upper level building elevations.
