Full re-clad of the exterior, timber replacement and exterior claddings with a combination of painted weatherboard and STO plaster on a cavity.

Major works to the stormwater control was required and implemented to various unit blocks.

Altering the roof design, extending the roof eaves, altering the slope of the roof.

The complex was vacated during the works which allowed the contractors unimpeded access resulting in a shortened contract period.
The success of the project was a result of having a reputable contractor in Teak Construction and a supportive Body Corporate committee.
The project was successfully completed within the programmed timeframe.
